This cathedral was built in 1320 but a temple stood on this very place at the beginning of the second millennium. The building was reconstructed and rebuilt many times, many catastrophes happened to it, like, for example, a fire or a powder keg explosion. Nevertheless the temple is still standing and you can come to touch the antiquity.
Last time the temple was reconstructed in 2009 and became closer to its originally Gothic appearance.
The church has a very interesting bell tower. It has eight corners and has a very unusual shape. There is an observation deck at the tower where you can enjoy the wonderful city panorama.
The entrance to the church costs 4.50 euros, and the entrance to the observation deck costs 9 euros.
