This temple was built in the Gothic Square in 1298. There is an unusual "green" fountain in one of the backyards, and there are 13 white geese in the other. Geese symbolize the purity of Saint Eulalia, who died a martyr's death at the age of 13.
One of the towers has an observation deck so you may enjoy perfect panoramic views of Barcelona. The whole building is beautifully illuminated in the evening.
Ticket to the cathedral costs 7 euros for adults, and children visit the temple for free.
