Jardin Botanico Puerto de la Cruz

A small but very picturesque botanical garden is located in the resort of Puerto de la Cruz. The garden is 1.5 km from Playa Martianez and the Lago Martianez.

Here you will find hundreds of tropical plants so be ready to admire them while walking along the beautiful well-groomed paths. One can only imagine how fragrant everything is here and how fresh the air is.

Despite the fact that the park is really small, you should definitely come here, because it is hard to find such a variety of plants even in a large city garden.

This garden was planted over 300 years ago by order of the Spanish king. Rare plants were brought to Tenerife from Latin America, Mexico, Australia and other lands far from Spain.

The entrance ticket to the garden costs 3 euros.

The garden is open every day from 9.00 to 18.00
