Palma de Mallorca Historical Center

The main decoration of the most beautiful and popular city of Mallorca is its historical center. Here the power of architecture and the beauty of nature meet: Gothic churches, majestic palaces, courtyards hidden from strangers' eyes, cozy cafes with verandas, trendy bars. Then go to the Basilica of St. Francis, the Bishop's Palace and the old city hall. The town hall was built in a baroque style unusual for buildings of this kind and painted in a cheerful sandy color.

After that, you can walk to Bellver Castle, which has been standing here since the 14th century. The castle is unique because it was built in the Gothic style, but it has a round shape. And now it is the only Gothic castle of this shape. The castle houses the Historical Museum, which will interest those who want to know more about why Mallorca looks and lives the way it does.
