Palma Beach or Playa de Palma

The beautiful sandy beach of Playa de Palma or Platja de Palma stretches for 10 kilometers from the El Molinar resort to the other El Arenal resort.

This beach has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag award for comfort and cleanliness.

Playa de Palma has everything you need for a good vacation: changing cabins, toilets and showers, rental of beach equipment and sports equipment, cafes and snack bars, playgrounds and sports grounds. And of course blue sea and soft sand.

You can rent a sunbed and umbrella for about 15 euros, or you can use your own towel.

There is a beautiful promenade framed by palm trees. You will find cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores along the entire beach. Here on the promenade you can also rent a bike and ride to nearby cities - Palma, El Molinar, or El Arenal.

How to get to Playa de Palma

You can get to the beach by public transport or even walk, because the beach is only 3.5 km from the center of Palma.

If you want to use public transport, take bus №25 from Plaza España, which goes to Arenal and before reaching the final stop, get off at the Llaüt (Riu Palace) stop. The beach in just a couple of minutes walk.
